The 5 billionth tweet: 'Oh lord'

Twitter reached tweet number 5,000,000,000 last night, in the form of an @reply by user @robinsloan that said merely, "Oh lord." Sloan, who describes himself as a "writer and Web generalist" has coined the term 'Pentagigatweet' to describe his momentous achievement.
