Something for the weekend, squire? Yes? How about episode 78 of the Crave Podcast? It marks the triumphant return of the Trial, which this week asks whether it should be illegal to scrounge off thy neighbour's open Wi-Fi.
Lister Rory Reid reckons it's a crime, pure and simple, but Rimmer Ian Morris says "if you leave something out in the open, it's fair game." Both present strong arguments, meaning Judge Kryten Rupert Goodwins had some serious thinking to do.
Also in the show, we discuss the impending arrival of mobile phones on aircraft, tell you how you can get a moon burial, and discuss the merits of a social networking site that lets you exchange bodily fluids. It's not as sordid as it sounds -- you send DNA samples to the owners of the site, and they'll tell you how likely you are to develop illnesses and compare your state of health with other users. Yay.
What else? The FBI is using fake child porn links to spot paedophiles before initiating dawn raids. Oh, and some guy in the States lost almost all his worldly possessions because a Craigslist hoaxer told the public they could help themselves to his stuff.
As is usual, we end the show by treating you right. First we answer a few interesting questions from the forums, then give you a jolly good laugh with the WTF section. This week it's about the Web site designed to help 9-16 year-old girls hone their bimbo skillz.
