CNET UK Podcast 193: YouTube is not guilty of piracy

This week, we talk about Google triumphing over Viacom in a victory, not only for YouTube, but also for common sense. We also look at this week's most interesting tech stories, award our new Woot of the Week, and reduce an entire product review to a single noise, uttered from the luscious lips of Miss Flora Graham.

Competition
Last week's Facebook winner was Michael Gomes, who chose the HTC Hero as his favourite gadget. If you want to be in with a chance of winning this week, you have to tell us what gadget you'd like to be, and why. As always, your super-creative drawings are more than welcome.

Feature
This week, we were pleased that not only had the Viacom vs YouTube court case been thrown out, but the Recording Industry Association of America was really upset. Nothing makes us happier than an irked RIAA, so we had a little chuckle at that, and agreed that this was very much a victory for common sense. Finally.

Woot of the Week
In a new feature, each week, we give a shout-out to a company, product or person that's achieved something amazing. This week, our Woot of the Week goes to the AT-AT Day Afternoon, a short film that really made us smile.

Single syllable review
Flora reviews the Samsung Galaxy S using only a single sound or word. If you need more words, then read the Flora's multi-word Samsung Galaxy S review in our mobile phone section.
