If you prefer, you can disconnect the secondary display from the arm completely, and position it almost anywhere. The only restriction you have is the length of the USB cable that connects the primary and the secondary display.

Does anyone know if both monitors powered by the same graphics card, or do you need to two seprate DVI cables to this bad boy?

it says power and signal are delivered via usb. fool.

It could be useful. But I agree it would have been even better if it was a touch screen. I could see myself use if as a messenger window wile watching full screen videos.
