The Da Vinci Code: Robert Langdon in your phone

The Da Vinci Code is about to be shown on screens around the UK, but if seeing it just isn't enough to satisfy your Dan Brown addiction, O2 is selling the Sony Ericsson K750i with a free copy of the audio book on a 256MB memory stick.

You can also enter a competition on the Sony Ericsson Web site, which involves solving a series of puzzles against the clock. If you're lucky enough to get through to the last round, you will be invited to compete for a prize in Paris.

Is this a complex conspiracy between multinational companies with hidden agendas to control our lives in ways we're not even conscious of? Of course it is, but since you get a free audio book with a pretty good phone it doesn't really matter, does it? The K750i is currently available for £200 on pay as you go and free with a monthly contract. -AL
