Sony Ericsson T303: Gor blimey, I'm only an 'umble little slider

If you're a Sony Ericsson aficionado you'll know it recently launched a bona fide super phone, the Xperia X1. But it's not all super phones this year, as you can see with the ever-so-'umble Sony Ericsson T303, the Uriah Heep of sliders.

Compact and attractive, the T303 offers a 1.3-megapixel camera, FM radio, music player, Internet browser and Bluetooth. There's no expandable memory and only 8MB of onboard storage, which is rather meagre, and makes us wonder what the point of the music player is.

But it looks like this phone is more about being small enough to fit in your pocket and simply make calls and text your buddies. If you like to store reams of texts, hundreds of pictures and hours of music, it's clearly not the best choice out there.

Designed as an entry-level handset, the T303 should be available on pay as you go and shouldn't break the bank, which makes up in part for its poor memory. It'll be available to buy in the next few months, but we're not sure yet on which networks. -Andrew Lim
