The Samsung Galaxy S4 is just 10 days away from its big launch, and Samsung's attempting to wind up the hype machine with a staggeringly embarrassing new teaser trailer posted on its Facebook page.
The video, embedded below, all but confirms that the next Galaxy smart phone will indeed be called the Galaxy S4, with the tagline, "Be ready 4 the next Galaxy". Never mind that though -- Samsung's entrusted the launch of its flagship phone to the most annoying kid in the entire world, Little Jeremy Maxwell.
Samsung wasn't going to make the same mistake with this teaser video as it did with the Galaxy S2, where the device was cleverly spotted in a reflection. No, it's made a much worse one, by hiring this flop-topped moppet to schill its new blower.
The highlight comes when in unintentional homage to Pulp Fiction, Little Jeremy gets a sneak peak at the S4, which shines as brightly as Marcellus Wallace's soul. How does this stuff get signed off?
The Galaxy S4 has already suffered a few supposed leaks, with the device rumoured to be coming in six different variants and lacking a home button -- we've even got our hands on some alleged specs and possible benchmarks.
What we know for certain is that the device will be officially unveiled at Samsung Unpacked on 14 March -- which has sadly left London this year, and headed for The City That Never Sleeps, as it increasingly focuses on taking on Apple in its heartland.

Damien, if you remove the plastic part from your statement, the same could be said of the iPhone 5....... It bought nothing revolutionary and for all intensive purposes you could argue that the plastic on the S3 is more resistant to general wear than the iPhone 5's casing.
Coke in a plastic bottle or aluminium can is still coke, regardless of what it is contained in, and it certainly doesn't change it's perception of being 'premium' lol
If it was Carbon Fiber reinforced plastic it certaintly could not be called cheap!

Don't get too excited folks, it's just a box full of Werther's Originals. They seem to have a similar effect on most kids. Maybe they use the old wrappers to make the back panel of their phones.

Get a sense of humour people...Anyway, 10 days before the launch of the iPhone 5, Sony Xperia Z, BlackBerry Z10 & HTC One the world knew what the phone was gonna look like and the internal specs. The Galaxy S4 is gonna launch in 10 days time, and no one has a clue what to expect the rumour mill is pretty quiet.
And my next phone will be the Galaxy S3 because I found a bargain price for it:

@Damien2701 If a larger screen and faster processor is all your expecting from the Galaxy S4, then I'm glad your an iSheep, we don't need someone like this slowing the Android down.
Also I hope the Galaxy S4 is made of plastic, I like the feeling of my Galaxy S2, which I've dropped dozens of times, and there's hardly a scratch. Can you say the same about iPhones?

100% agree with Matt Winston, i to would prefere plastic to glass, i also have a S2 and have dropped many times with barly a scratch, what makes me laugh is how isheep keep saying the S4 will only have a bigger screen and faster processor, what about the brand new iphone 5, thats all apple did was stretch the screen and thats it, also isheep still think iphones are the best when in fact they are trailing so far behind its almost comical, even the new OS from blackberry BB10 is way more advanced than IOS6, iphones are like toys compared to the rest of the market, i would rather use a cup and piece of string.......

I own a GS3, and a GS2 before that.....i got the GS3 in the hope that it would be a better overall product that the GS2, alas it was not to be. If Samsung really want to be better than Apple then they really need to use materials that are a bit better that the most basic of Nokias. I am not a fandroid, fansung or and apple fanboy, and those of you getting all hot under the collar and taking sides like samsung and apple are football teams really need to get out a bit more. iPhone 4, 4s & 5 all have better build quality than GS1,GS2 & GS3. Unless samsung start making a phone that makes me feel the massive wedge of money I have just spent on it was well spent I'm going to go to iphone.
That is my opinion and I am entitled to it.

@ anonymous 21:23 Actually I'm not a Samsung hater, I run a Note, and am more than happy with it. But neither you nor I can deny that the plastic cover on the back of the Note and other phones that they have made in the past are flimsy at best.
So I think it best that you keep your smug but ill informed opinion to yourself, cos you plainly can't tell the differance between a fanboy or hater.
