Nokia exec: 'Apple taught the industry a painful lesson'

Nokia's executive vice president of services, Niklas Savander, has given a forthright interview to our sister site CNET News, in which he praises Apple's App Store and outlines the lessons learned in creating Nokia's Ovi Store. He compares it to Nokia's previous approach to software, highlighting discoverability as a key factor: "The App Store is right there on the iPhone. It's not hidden in some menu."
