Even simpler than the HandlesEasy 326gsm, the HandlePlus 324gsm doesn't have a keypad or even a screen, it just has 5 keys that you can pre-programme to dial particular numbers.
Obviously not a phone designed for the masses, this handset is useful if you want to give it to someone to use in emergencies or someone who absolutely hates modern technology. Frankly, it's so simple, a dog could use it.
You can buy one for around £68 from doromobile and it comes with a lanyard, so the user can hang it around their neck.

Doro 326. Good - has easy to use keypad and good ringtones for the elderly or impaired. Will store 4 quick dial numbers but cannot attach names as keypad has no letters. Side buttons can easily be pressed in error.
Bad - the screen is poor & small, with very small graphics. Even though it says 50 numbers can be stored, names cannot be paired, so this is of no use at all. I think for the price a larger/colour screen with better basic graphics should be applied.
