Motorola StarTAC (1996)
This was the first ever clamshell mobile phone and very small relative to the competition. The StarTAC was the must-have-gadget of its day and one of the first phones to feature a vibrating call alert. Back in the day, if you were lucky enough to own a StarTAC, you were the top cat in town.
