What looks to be an instruction manual for the Samsung Nexus 10 has appeared online, offering clues as to the design of this hotly-tipped tablet.
LG may be making an upcoming Nexus smart phone, but Samsung looks likely to lay claim to the next raw-Android powered tablet if these mysterious pages, spotted by the Verge, are anything to go by.
The manual appears to have come via a Korean website, and paint a picture of a rounded device with bulging sides, as well as a great big Nexus logo on its rear.
Beyond that there's not a lot we can glean, but those of you who own an HD telly will be interested to see a micro HDMI port labelled on the Nexus 10's sides.
Previous rumours suggest that this intriguing tablet will boast an astonishingly high-resolution screen, with a 2,560x1,600 pixel resolution mentioned on more than one occasion.
If this tablet is real, I've a good idea of when we might get to glimpse it -- Google is planning an event on 29 October, when we're expecting to hear some important Android announcements.
It's been a good day for Nexuses (Nexi?), as earlier today Carphone Warehouse's pre-order page for the LG Nexus 4 went live. The page has since been taken down, but not before teasing a 4.7-inch screen with a 768x1,280 pixel resolution, an 8-megapixel camera and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Oh, and a 30 October delivery date.
Would you buy a big Nexus tablet? Or do cheap options like the £160 Google Nexus 7 scratch your Android itch? Tell me in the comments or on our Facebook wall.

What are the design clues? Be careful of the cheap plastic. Battery life will be about 2 mins because of a crappy touchwizz overlay pointlessly bogging down already bloated android. That was an actual snippet from the manual. Insider info here

@damien2501 Please troll elsewhere.
Also, I prefer a smaller, cheaper tablet like the Nexus 7.

Oh dear Damien2501, you're showing your true colours, you just cant handle the fact that the rotten fruit as dropped the ball and other manufacturers are making better hardware & software then the rotten fruit.

Have you actually used a nexus device? The nexus contains android in it's pure form without touchwiz, sense. etc. It is certainly not bloated. I really don't see why people think plastic means poor quality. I've had several Apple products and they have all gone faulty on me. I have plastic phones from years ago and they still work. I wouldn't exactly call a tin of sardines the height of luxury.

Interesting, it has a strip of plastic on the back - that suggests to me it's metal, because why else would you need a plastic window for the radio? Look at the iPad's plastic window, which is obviously not there for aesthetics because it detracts from the look. Maybe Google is being pushy with Samsung after years of sub par build?

ok and stufff .... but how much will it cost ?

On build quality, it's strange that Samsung's new Windows 8 products, both tablet and W8 phone are turned out in what looks like higher quality bodies and finishes.
A report from the recent trade show where Samsung's Ative W8 phone was shown, said it was very similar to the Galaxy S3, but in a much classier body.
Could it be that Samsung are pitching Android as a low cost budget line of products?

Only thing that worries me is the lack of a memory card slot, but that seems to be the norm on nexus devices.

Haha Damien, you're the one constant on this website and never fail to give me a laugh.
