Apple has sold 1 million iPads since the tablet computer's US launch in just four weeks, the company has revealed. The 3G-enabled version of the iPad went on sale on Friday, with a UK release date for both models still vaguely pegged as "late May" -- although you can pre-order from next Monday, 10 May. Many iPads were sold on pre-order, with Apple claiming 300,000 shipped out on the day of launch. CNET News has more here: Apple sells 1 million iPads.
