Ease of use: Poor. It uses a forum-based system that's not very sophisticated and isn't ideal for communicating privately with other users. You also have to re-register for different local forums, which is a pain.

If your looking for an Australian alternative to freecycle I really recommend www.freetreasure.com.au
It has a great community of people and easy to recycle goods with the click of a few buttons.
