Photos: Interactive dancefloor and eco partying at Club Watt

As well as generating energy, the dancefloor has an interactive element. As you dance, its appearance changes through the LED lighting embedded in the panels, which are made from recycled materials.

The floor's also much larger than London's Bar Surya, measuring a monster 30 square metres. Club Watt's more modest in its claims for energy generation, too, saying the floor will just power the floor lights rather than the club. Bar Surya, by comparison, claims its floor provides 50-60 per cent of its electricity requirements.
