Denon DN-HS5500: Two-in-one DJ deck

The display is bright and clear, and fairly easy to use. You have to wait a while to get started when you first boot the machine up, though.
We also noticed that sometimes the database verification took forever, or failed completely. That was generally solvable with a quick reset. The good news is that Denon provides firmware updates via its Web site, so issues like this can, with time, be resolved.
