Fancy finding out what happened last week at the CES trade show in Vegas but don't have much more than a minute? We've got you covered -- hit play on the video above to see the hottest gadgets that were unveiled. All the goss, none of the dross.
First up we've got the Sony Xperia S -- a hardware monster with a 720p screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor and a 12-megapixel camera. Pretty tasty, no? The only fly in the ointment is that it's not running Ice Cream Sandwich.
The Huawei Ascend P1S is another fancy mobile. Incredibly slim with a bright screen, unlike the aforementioned Xperia S, the Ascent is running Android 4.0. Marvelous.
It's all kicking off in the world of TVs, meanwhile, with LG and Samsung both showing off 55-inch OLED tellies. This colourful display tech makes for very thin TVs, and we're pleased to say the picture-floating-in-mid-air stylings of LG's effort won it Best of Show in CNET's Best of CES Awards.
There's always plenty of weird stuff at CES, and this year was no different. We saw the baffling Project Fiona from Razer -- a Windows gaming tablet with two massive prongs stuck to either side, each of which contains an analogue stick and a smattering of buttons.
Weird. We've also been privy to an audience with MakerBot's brilliant Replicator -- a 3D printer that painstakingly crafts objects out of gloopy plastic.
So there you have it, the hottest gadgets from CES 2012. Now get down the pub and impress your mates with your tech knowledge. Or if you're feeling a bit too sleepy, tell us in the comments or on our Facebook page what you think was the best gadget of CES.
