Planet CNET Episode 9: Taking virtual bullets and Wiihab

We're back with another scrumdiddlyumptious episode of Planet CNET. Kara Tsuboi (yep, she's back too) takes us around the world, hitting up the hottest techage from all points of the compass.

Rory takes one for the team this week, testing out the 3rd Space FPS Gaming Vest. He and other vict... er, employees suit up in the CNET.co.uk office to test out what it feels like to get pumped full of virtual lead. Laughter and hilarity ensue. Maybe next time we'll get Kara to don one for an international virtual shoot 'em up.

Meanwhile, we think the Japanese could use a cuddle. CNET Japan takes us to the International Tokyo Toy Show and gets a little too close to Emma (EMA), the, erm, sexy robot. That might be true, but we're not so desperate that'd we'd snog a machine.

It all comes full circle when Kara Tsuboi cosies up to Wolverine in a nurse's outfit to show how Wii Fit is helping the disabled. This tech is helping patients to improve balance and strength after surgery. All in the name of journalism, KT!
