Crave US: It may come as a shock, but not all customised iPods need to look like something only Paris Hilton would buy. As shown by the recently touted $10,000 18k gold shuffle, for example, beauty and luxury can indeed coexist.

In fact, a new model by Brighton jewelry designer John Harrington has shockingly found a way to use both gold and diamonds without being garish. His 'Diamond Shuffle' uses only five high-quality stones in its laser-etched design, according to BornRich, featuring his signature 'Renaissance' motif.

At £300 it's hardly a bargain-basement item -- a normal shuffle will set you back £49 -- but that's a far cry from the $10,000 or $20,000 prices quoted for the aforementioned blinged-up shuffles. And remember, it has the ultra-rare quality of actually being done in good taste. -Mike Yamamoto
