Crave will stop at nothing to bring you the latest stuff. That's how we roll. We've got our hands on Samsung's compact camera line-up for the second half of the year. The S1070, L201, L310, NV9 and NV100HD cameras will be available in September, each boasting a sturdy titanium frame
Face detection is souped up with blink detection, which for our money is way more sensible than the smile shutter also added. Perfect portrait is a new feature, allowing you to smooth out blemishes from faces, just like those celebrities but without the bad Photoshopping.
First in the budget end of the range is the colourful Samsung S1070. It's a 10-megapixel point-and-shoot with a 3x zoom that will cost less than £100. Next up is the Samsung L310 -- known as the SL310W to the Yanks -- a 13.6 -megapixel snapper with a 3.6x zoom. It boasts a 28mm wide-angle lens and 69mm (2.7-inch) screen. This will cost around £199 from September.
Pictured is the Samsung L201, known as the SL201 in the US. It's a 10-megapixel snapper with a 3x zoom and a 69mm (2.7-inch). It will cost £129 and come in a variety of colours, including pink.
