Casio has unveiled three new compact cameras at photography show Photokina in Germany today. The Casio Exilim EX-Z2300 and EX-ZR10 are respectably specced point-and-shoots, while the Exilim EX-H20G always knows where it is, even when other snappers would get lost.
The EX-H20G, pictured above, boasts a hybrid GPS system. It uses satellite know-how to work out where it is, but unlike other GPS devices Casio reckons it can continue to keep track even when you're indoors. A motion sensor plots its movements against maps stored in the camera's memory to geotag photos taken out of range of satellites.
The EX-ZR10 packs a 12-megapixel, back-illuminated CMOS sensor. The 7x optical zoom lens is equivalent to 28mm on a 35mm film camera. It fires off up to 30 10-megapixel snaps in less than a second, and can manage up to 480fps slow motion video too. Normal video is 1,920x1,080-pixel resolution at 30fps, and it also does 360-degree panoramic images in one movement.
The Exilim EX-Z2300 is a 14-megapixel point-and-shoot with a 5x zoom and 3-inch screen. A make-up function banishes blemishes and smoothes out skin, while on a more serious note CCD-shifting image stabilisation rules out camera shake. It comes in gold, black, pink, purple and blue.
Pricing and availability are yet to be confirmed.

i tried casio cameras before, and it didn't failed me in night photography, unlike the other leading brands that has poor night shot results, particularly sony cybershot, and olympus. canon is good but too slow... for sure you'll miss the action.
