Photos: Casio Exilim EX-H10 hands-on
Like looking at things far away? Trousers too small for a telescope? Then the Casio Exilim EX-H10 may be for you, my friend. It's a 12-megapixel camera with a 10x optical zoom.
The H10 is another entry in the market segment we've chosen to call suprazooms: the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ6 and Canon PowerShot SX200 IS are some of the other contenders.
In burst mode the camera fires 4 frames per second at full resolution or 10fps at a paltry 1 megapixel. A flash burst fires three 2-megapixel snaps in just over a second. As well as the usual 10- and 2-second options, there's a triple self-timer to capture a batch of images with you in them. Flash options include soft flash and red-eye reduction.
Let's not forget the video options. Footage is high-definition 1,280x720 at 30fps, with monaural sound. Options include prerecord movie, which saves footage from before you hit the button, and video optimised for YouTube upload.
Click through our gallery to find out more about the Casio Exilim EX-H10, including that all-important price. We wonder if it will have a ten in it. Probably not.
