Photos: Samsung's new S1070, L201, L310, NV9 and NV100HD
Finally, here's the Samsung NV100HD, known as the TL34D in the States. Like the NV24HD, it shoots stills and video in high-definition resolution. It boasts a massive 14.7-megapixel resolution, as well as 3.6x zoom and 28mm wide-angle lens.
But the biggest change is that the NV series famous smart touch interface has now gone button-free: the NV100 has a 76mm (3-inch) touchscreen with a huge 460,000-pixel resolution. Options are presented along the bottom and side of the screen and you tweak settings by picking which option you want to change, then scooting your finger across the screen to the relevant adjustment.
But smart touch gets even smarter. iPhone-like gestures are included, so you can rotate a picture by simply circling your finger on the screen. Even cooler, you move pictures to a recycle bin by swiping an X-shape on the screen with your finger. This also saves you accidentally erasing images permanently.
Another interesting feature is the motion timer. Activate this and instead of having a countdown to compose your picture, you stroll into the frame, throw some shapes and the camera will only take the snap when it detects there is no motion.
The Samsung NV100HD will cost around £229.
