Everything about this little petrol car is light and bright -- from the colour to the weight. Its body is made from recycled carbon fibre, which is the same material used in F1 cars for speed and performance. Here, it translates into efficiency and low carbon. The interior's not been neglected either, with the seat fabric made from recycled material, including jeans. This is the first public airing for the Axon, which is unusual among the cars here because it's actually being developed in the UK. We like it. It's rudimentary but quirky. Whether it makes it to manufacture, however, remains to be seen.
