Citroen's Hypnos diesel hybrid qualifies as one of the weirder green concepts at the Paris Motor Show, thanks to its rainbow-coloured seats. On paper -- and this is a concept, remember -- it looks impressively efficient. The Hypnos promises emissions of 120g/km CO2 (amazing for a car this size), a stop-start engine to save fuel in traffic and an electric-only mode with a piffling two mile range.
