Newcomer Quiet Car Company has launched at the show with two new electric cars, and this is the top-end model: a family car for £13,000. Interestingly, the electric motors are not in the body but in the two rear wheels. Range is 60 miles and top speed is 50mph so performance isn't great but it could work in town. You can buy one today but it won't be delivered until three months' time.
