If you've been following what we've been up to over the last month, it won't come as a surprise to learn that we've not exactly been sitting around bored. No, we've had our hands full of hot gadgets and fast cars. If you haven't been following us over the last month, you're reading the right article, because we've rounded up just some of our favourites.

Rory reached new levels of Car Tech happiness inside not one, but two slick motors, namely the Jaguar XKR Portfolio and the Ford Focus CC-3. True, one of them is probably better if you're just taking the kids to school, but the Ford Focus CC-3 should also be considered.

Next, I go ears-on with a classy new iPod speaker system in the  Tannoy i30 video review. It's one of those rare bits of kit that looks awesome, feels awesome, sounds awesome and comes at an awesome price. Don't tell us you're not at least intrigued.

Rich T -- the man with a thousand plans -- got down and dirty in the new Canon IXUS 90 IS video review. It's one for the retro fans, but it offers pretty decent picture quality.

Finally, Andrew hit new highs of chic (not hard for him) in the Samsung Armani video review. Fashionistas may want to ditch last year's Prada phone in favour of this new hotness, though there are some serious drawbacks to take into consideration. Check the video before laying down any cash.

That's all for now. See you next month! -Nate Lanxon
